Reflexology

Reflexology is the ancient art of stimulating the feet and hands to enhance mental, physical and emotional well-being.

I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2000 with the School of Holistic Reflexology , Hertfordshire and offer traditional reflexology with an emphasis on the therapeutic use of colour within treatment sessions.

I often combine this with several other techniques such as Indian Head Massage or Reiki which can speed up the healing process.

I usually recommend fortnightly sessions with plenty of water and sleep for optimum results.
