Colour Coaching

Colour coaching can be conducted on a one-to-one basis, or in small groups of up to 8 people.

My holistic treatment programmes combine reflexology, reiki, indian head massage and counseling together with colour. This could include colour visualisations, colour relaxations or a colour reading.

I use these skills with passion and purpose in order to establish a rapport with my clients. Once trust has been formed I introduce the powerful 7 Rays to Empowerment into the healing programme.

These can be carried out in the recommended order of red, orange, yellow, green, and blue, indigo and violet resulting in finding the treasure trove of empowerment at the end of the rainbow. But as each client is unique, the programme can be tailored for their needs.

Treatment is client-centred with the client taking full responsibility for their healing process, and confidentiality is strictly adhered to at all times.

A typical colour coaching session involves:

• A screening process by answering simple questions as part of a standardised assessment tool (COPM*) to establish the most important goals
• Working with the client to establish their soul colours by a series of simple techniques such as using coloured cards and visualisations.
• Identifying colours needed to re-establish any imbalance of harmony.
• Holistic body work e.g. balancing of the chakras though Reiki or the use of coloured lamps.
• Advice on colours to wear and use around us at work, rest and play.
• Consultation within the client's home or workplace to further establish colour choices for wellbeing.
• Photography and videos to create a record, if the client chooses.

My qualifications:

I hold a Holistic Colour Counsellor and Healer Certificate from the Iris School of Colour Therapy, Totnes, Devon www.iriscolour.co.uk (February 2005).
