Life coaching is not counselling or therapy. It enables people already going places, to go that final mile within a supportive, trusting environment which encourages personal growth and change in your relationships, home or professional life. This empowers not just you but the people around you.

You take responsibility for your choices, but I am here to support you throughout the process.

I offer life coaching by telephone or at face-to-face sessions. The sessions are tailor made in length and content to suit your particular preferences and needs.

This process can continue over weeks, months or years, depending on the complexity of the issue and how you and I agree to work together. But the duration is chosen by you. Confidentiality is strictly adhered to at all times.
